Imagine: What if participants could compare their choices against other participants? For example, find the highest score or share what the most common answer was among players.

The new Summarize Variable card allows you to compare variables across players and game sessions. This can be averages, minimums, maximums, or any other common comparison calculations.

In this demo, we ask players what their favorite house pet is, and share the most common response.

Step 1: Give the participant a list of options.

Step 2: Use the Keyword Branch card to wait for the participant’s response

Step 3: Use the Set Variable card to record the participants response (in this case: Cat)

Step 4: Use the Summarize Variable card to get the most common (mode) response across all participants (players) in the game.

Step 5: Report the results back to the participant.
